Join Women of the Woods (WoW) for a 4- to 5-mile hike at the Mica Ledges and Rockland Preserves in Durham and Madison led by naturalist and MxLT steward, Lucy Meigs. We will enjoy the many rocky outcrops, views from ledges, and the beautiful Whitney Pond. About half of the hike is on the Mattabessett Trail (AKA New England Trail or NET), which has some rocky ups and downs, but nothing very sustained.

Women of the Woods (WoW), a program of Everyone Outside, offers monthly hikes/programs. In addition to hiking, the group takes the time to admire the beauty, learn a bit about the flora and fauna and do some exercises to connect with the natural world.
