Where: Mica Ledges & Rockland Preserves, Durham/Madison
Join Everyone Outside for a 1.5-mile walk at the Mica Ledges Preserve led by naturalist, MxLT Steward, and Everyone Outside Director, Lucy Meigs. On this walk you will have the opportunity to learn the basics of tree identification, the ethnobotany of common trees, share the appreciation of trees, and visit the beautiful Whitney Pond. This hike is a joint program of Everyone Outside, the Coginchaug Outdoor Enrichment Center, and the Middlesex Land Trust.
